For our Inside Sales headquarter in Bucharest, we are looking for an InsideSales Representative with German & English for our Central Region (consistingof Germany, Austria and Switzerland) as soon as possible.

The Inside Sale Specialist will be responsible for the development andexpansion of new and retention customer relationship of mid-market customers.

Your strengths lie in sales on the telephone, ensuring that all sales phasesthrough to completion are successful.

Your daily tasks :

  • Establishment and sustainable (new) customer acquisition and their support
  • Identification and qualification of new customer projects through activetelephoning
  • Goal-oriented management of the customer relationship with focus on salesincrease
  • Presentation of the product portfolio in consideration of the individualcustomer requirements
  • Preparation and follow-up of offers including pricing until the completionof the project
  • Pipeline Management
  • Quarterly and activity planning within the assigned customers to achievetargets
  • Collaborate with business partners and Lenovo field service
  • Independent handling of customer enquiries and cooperation withinternational teams
  • Documentation and tracking of telephone activities in the CRM system
  • Position Requirements :

    This job requires good communication skills, especially verbally. You shouldbe a good, smooth, calm, enthusiastic talker able to learn quickly featuresand benefits of the products and a persistent attitude will make you theperfect candidate.

    What else You should have :

  • Min 2 years of outbound calling experience, averaging 4+ hours per day onthe phone
  • Ability to uncover customers' needs by asking questions and listeningintently
  • General knowledge of the Server / Storage or Lenovo Hardware Portfolio is abig advantage
  • High Level of interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills
  • Must have the ability to penetrate, acquire, and transition opportunities
  • Desire to grow personally and professionally - a love for learning
  • General knowledge of the Lenovo Hardware Portfolio (this is not arequirement but will certainly add points)
  • Computer based program usage (MS Office, Salesforce)
  • Bachelor's degree / equivalent
  • Fluent in German and English
