Area Expert Brand Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies to reach and engage with healthcare professionals (HCP).
This role involves in depth understanding of healthcare professional insights and localization or development of tools / assets to meet HCP’s needs across CEE markets.
The role is also about being active functional ambassador, driving the recognition of value add of marketing for healthcare professionals with internal (local markets) and external stakeholders (KOLS) to deliver our overall company goals.
These responsibilities include some of the following :
Creates Expert / HCP marketing activation strategies and executional plans for a set of Priority Brands with LOC input and in partnership with the Area Marketing and Digital teams.
This includes recommending the appropriate investment levels for Expert marketing to ensure Brand / Brands financial objectives are met in a set of markets.
Develop the Expert / HCP media strategy and plans for a set of Priority brands in partnership with the Area Digital team, the Area Marketing team, LOC Marketing teams and agency partners.
Leads the adoption / adaptation of relevant assets / content for a set of Priority Brands from Category and Design markets.
Leads the team to gain content approval of localized assets with support from the LOC marketing teams, medical and regulatory functions.
Leads the creation of expert marketing assets for a set of Priority Brands when no appropriate assets are available.
Identifies healthcare professional insight gaps for a set of Priority Brands across the Area and develops plans to address gaps.
Effectively manage Non-Working Media budget to deliver winning assets for a set of Priority Brands across the Area. Oversees and constantly optimizes the budget and budget phasing.
Leads plans deployment with local marketing and commercial teams including creation of training material for local (LOC) Expert Field Force for a set of Priority Brands.
Participates in periodic reviews of Brand / Brands performance for a set of Priority Brands across the Area (CEE) and collaborates with LOC marketing teams to identify and approve mitigating actions to deliver Brand / Brands financial commitments.
Effectively influences a number of stakeholders to ensure buy-in to recommended strategies
Engages and energizes internal and external stakeholders on the Expert strategy and marketing plans for a set of Priority Brands across the Area.
Builds powerful relationships with GM’s, Area Marketing Director, the cross-functional Area team
Builds and leverages relationships with the Global Category team as appropriate
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :
Background in marketing for healthcare professionals with Consumer Healthcare or FMCG companies, developing and implementing strategies & plans
Experience in cross-functional cooperation with commercial, marketing functions, medical, regulatory
Solid understanding the marketing function and the levers to pull to drive impact in the market (net sales, share, brand equity)
Knowledge of expert trends and solutions on the Area / CEE level
Experience managing and cooperating with agencies and vendors
Ability to lead multifunctional projects
Best in class problem solver / strong solution orientation
University degree (marketing, economics, management, healthcare)
Very good communication skills (both direct face-to-face and cooperating at distance)
Goal orientation and problem solving and decision-making skills
