Lead and coach a team of 8-10+ junior and senior recruiters, located in Europe, in a mix of office set-up and remote set-up
Coordinate volume recruitment through rightful team allocation, monitoring & reporting on the progress
Own the adherence to all internal policies, as well as key recruitment metrics (Cost per hire, On time fill rate, Diversity hiring etc)
Promote multiple staffing channels in order to deliver maximum requirement like Direct to talent (Portals; Social Media;
Job Fairs; etc.), Referrals, and external partners, while maintaining quality of hire
Provide timely and quality recruitment and selection reports
Ability to interact at multiple levels in the organization with internal clients, as well as with external partners
Very good understanding of the local talent pool and hiring practices
Ability to drive compliance & process adherence
Experience in leading complex recruitment project across geographies in a remote set-up is desirable
Previous experience in a similar role and environment will be an advantage
