Description

HR Operations Administrator perform a variety of tasks related to employee record.

He / she handles sensitive employee details and company information, which requires that he / she maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

You will act as the first point of contact for HR - related queries from employees and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
  • Update internal HR databases
  • Prepare HR documents, like child care leave documents and certificates
  • Revise company policies and procedures
  • Liaise with external partners, like Health Insurance Authority and Labor Authority, and ensure legal compliance
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates, absenteeism analytics)
  • Manage the income tax exemption files for research and development part
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues while conforming to labor laws
  • Assist payroll team by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules, sick or maternity leave)
  • Participate in HR projects
  • Managing various administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role (two or more years of general administrative experience or a human resources background)
  • Experience with HR software
  • Computer skills (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Time management skills
  • Teamwork and customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of labor laws
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform multiple tasks
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Required Education : High school diploma; associate's degree may help
