Description

The Manager of Information Systems Business Services provide leadership, guidance and project management for technology projects throughout the organization.

Responsible for integration development, application development, support and maintenance for key business applications.

Responsibilities include :

  • Ownership of technology projects and initiatives from concept to final execution across the company
  • Manage demand, priority, resources, budget and scope of projects across the company
  • Ensure required project documentation is current and accurate including but not limited to as-is and to-be business process documents, business requirements, functional requirements, communication plans, training plans, test plans, scenarios and scripts, organizational change management plans, and operational support plans
  • Implement process improvements on internal IS and business processes with a focus on automation and efficiencies
  • Organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions
  • Ownership of resource management and vendor management related to technology projects and solutions
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, assemble low-
  • level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true need

  • Work with business partners to identify opportunities to improve productivity or efficiency in business processes and define requirements with the business to create solutions to achieve those improvements
  • Manage IS staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and performance reviews
  • Assist with mentoring and training Business Systems Analysts and Integration Developers
  • Responsible for technical support of business applications and integrations
  • Participates in planning and prioritization of system maintenance
  • Qualifications

  • BA or BS in related field
  • 5+ years in management experience
  • 3+ years in project management, process improvement or related experience
  • Strong working knowledge of IT services
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience and ability to manage multiple, complex projects independently
  • Experience in managing projects across multiple geographies with remote stakeholders and team members
  • Some travel may be required as needed to support initiatives
