Who You Are What You Will Be Doing

  • You will identify and search for top talent across EMEA region for multiple functions and job levels, including but not limited to IT, sales, finance, operations, design, communication, sustainability, engineering etc.
  • You will partner with HR business partners and Hiring Managers to identify key requirements for each position they need to hire for
  • You will present the shortlist of candidates to Hiring Managers (candidate profile based on the competencies assessed during the interview, assessments etc.)
  • You will coordinate the final selection process and follow up on recruitment projects from beginning to the end (Candidate Experience Days)
  • You will build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various channels : LinkedIn, specialized job boards, social networks, networking initiatives (Universities, job fairs) across EMEA
  • You will track critical recruitment data, produce regular and ad-hoc metrics and reporting on recruiting activities
  • You will update and maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system
  • You will participate actively in recruiting & employer branding events (coordinate career fairs and partnerships with Universities and Student Organizations etc.) on the local market.

  • Dealing with ambiguity and understanding expectations of various client groups (HR, hiring managers, candidates)
  • Flexible and consultative approach
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Required Experience

  • 2 years of working experience in recruitment (in-house and / or agency recruitment experience)
  • Nice to have experience in international recruiting projects (for regions like France, Germany, UK, South Africa)
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing and interviewing
  • Creative and out-of-the-box approach to solving recruitment challenges
  • Good knowledge of labor market and recruitment channels (EMEA region is a plus)
  • Fluency in English, German or French will be a plus
  • Full-Time / Regular
