The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Owner to join our teams. We seek for a team player with great initiative and get-it-done attitude.
Together with a Product Manager, you will be collaborating with a cross-functional team including engineering, design, data science and publishing to build a compelling product roadmap, facilitate the execution, and ship impactful product features that delight our customers.
Key responsibilities
Help create and iterate on the vision of your product
Create and manage the backlog for the sprint delivery team
Communicate with all stakeholders in the appropriate language and abstraction level, engaging in priority negotiations and ensuring the most valuable features find their way in the product backlog
Translate product management features to user stories and tasks for development / engineering
Define and agree on acceptance criteria
Act as a voice of the user with the development teams
Run daily / weekly ceremonies with the team and provide support on the current tasks
Refine Business Process Model Notations (BPMN) and translate into team deliverables
Monitor and continuously improve your product; all decisions need to be data-driven
Run and support activities in collaboration with IT Services
Requirements
At least 3 years of working experience as a Product Owner in a global fast pace environment
Solid experience with software development processes, databases, analytics, event-driven platforms, and APIs
You have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, are a self-starter and an analytical problem solver.
Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal are an absolute must
