This position is a contingent staff position and employed by an external agency in service for Microsoft.
The FastTrack EMS team is looking for a thoughtful, analytical and highly energized FastTrack Engineer to join a new team that will be responsible for delivering EMS onboarding services to customers.
The FastTrack Engineer should be a recognized technical expert who is interested in running complex operationsacross multiple countries, interested in coaching and mentoring others, able to analyze complex technical and non-technical data to understand challenges and opportunities and to drive results through their impact on others.
The FastTrack Engineer is also responsible for the technical aspects of onboarding customers which includes providing proactive guidance and remediation assistance.
Execute, manage and lead a set of EMS customers and partners through the onboarding technical process.
Maintain strong working knowledge of the services, take ownership for service improvement.
Manage customer and partner onboarding programs within expected timeframes while continually driving increased effectiveness and thus reducing costs.
Share knowledge with others through solution documents, contribute to social media, engage in technical communities.
Identify and drive technical improvements to the services or processes that will materially improve the quality of the services provided.
Required experience :
4-5 years of Customer Support and / or Consulting Services experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with corporate customers, possess an understanding of the onboarding process and demonstrate a vision for the future of Microsoft EMS solution.
Excellent customer service skills, proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged customer situations.
Experience with Microsoft Intune and AADP
Fluency in English and German or French
Preffered hands-on experience deploying, configuring and administering a cloud-based MDM solution, ideally Intune in large organizations of more than 1,000 managed devices / users.
Preffered hands-on experience managing System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager or newer versions.
Knowledge of enabling and configuring Office 365 services.
Knowledge of Active Directory.
Useful background for this role :
Knowledge of deploying, configuring and administering features of Azure AD and Azure AD Premium
Technical understanding of the following services / infrastructures :
Certificate Authority providers / Public Key Infrastructures
Experience with non-Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions is a plus.
Experience of working with different identity solutions including ADFS is a plus.
