Main responsibilities :
Communication materials :
Create the corporate and promotional prints out, the presentations and the office documents aimed for the communication with the customers and partners.
Assist the sales team in creating new presentations and commercial materials for customers and prospects and periodically updating the existing tools.
Ensure that all the external communication materials are updated and in line with the Corporate Identity Guides.
Propose and ensure the organization of the external and internal events
Ensure ALD Romania presence at business events in order to increase visibility and reach potential customers.
Ensure the promotional gifts for the company
Propose, implement, monitor and evaluate the advertising campaigns on different channels
Update and create content for the ALD Romania website
Manage the communication on the Social Media
Create, send and monitor the marketing communication / newsletters for the customers
PR activities :
Monitor the competition, the auto market and the press articles about ALD Romania.
Support for PR activities of the company
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Graduate of the University specialized in Marketing, Communication or non-specialized (economics, humanities)
3 years of experience in marketing and / or communication
Experience in automotive industry or financial services will be a plus
SEO knowledge and Photoshop skills will be a plus
Fluent in English
Experience in working with Corporate Identity Guides
