Responsibilities

Replication of customer found defects

Test engineering support for customer found defects

Engage actively with support engineers to understand customer issues

Product verification & testing maintenance software releases

Must have

L2 / L3 Networking - switching and routing protocols

Software QA / testing experience

Good customer management / relationship skills and customer interaction experience

Good communication skills

English Advanced level

Nice to have

Client facing experience

Cisco CCNA / CCNP certification

Good knowledge of testing methodologies, knowledge of different testing types and overall Product life-cycle

Enterprise Campus Networking technologies including ISIS, OSPF, RIP, BGP, EVPN, SPBm and VXLAN will be added advantage

ISTQB CTFL certification
