Job Description
We are currently looking for a ASPICE Coach to work within our team.
As an ASPICE Coach in the Product Engineering team, you will be able to understand and apply the VDA ASPICE Guidelines Rules and Recommendations during assessments, spot-checks and gap-analysis based on a collection of RBW curricula’s, good practices and lessons learned from the Bosch Communities of Practice e.
g., ASPICE, Assessor and Lead-Assessor on VDA SYS Conference and from intakes events and working groups e.g., Gate4SPICE, Internationalization, Training - Process Expert.
In your role you will :
Transfer existing knowledge to other associates through trainings and / or coaching
Act as coach during process improvement activities or as Co-Assessor during assessments
Act as Lead-Assessor - leads planning, performing, and reporting phase
Act as coach of Co-Assessors during assessments, spot-checks or gap-analysis
Function-based and convergent thinking - able to understand the problem and their link to the processes (technical or business)
Know the basic techniques of moderation how to lead the meetings in mixed teams
Be able to successfully prepare for assessments as project member or with others in own organization
Technology Stack :
Participation and knowledge sharing : Bosch internal networks, VDA Automotive SYS Conference, Gate4SPICE events
Who you are :
You have a bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Automation Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics, Mathematics or comparable
You have 3 years automotive project experience within specific software-based system development domains : SYS, SW, PM or performing QA activities
You have project level usage of specific ASPICE relevant customer requirements : e.g., VW - KGAS, Daimler, BMW, Volvo

The languages you should know :
English a good level is mandatory
German it is not mandatory, but it is an advantage
