For our growing team, we are looking for reliable, dynamic and talented person to a Technical Support position with German, who can take part in our client's most successful and innovative projects.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Get familiar with the Rail infrastructure in German, specifics for German Rail.
Work with different vendors around the world, take on incidents and resolve them, track them till the completion.
Take part in regular calls, alignments with client and vendors, adapt, implement new solutions.
To be successful in thisrole, you will ideally have :
At least 2 years of working experience;
English and German language knowledge is a must;
ITIL knowledge is an advantage
Prior experience in support work is an advantage
Very good communication skills and ability to work in team; WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
A high level of understanding of technical support processes;
Ability to solve challenging operational problems and experience of process optimization;
Desire to work in an information systems environment.
