Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join us as an IT Analyst in our Global Business Center in Bucharest. We are looking for an IT Analyst who will be part of Application Managed Services organization, supporting and maintaining applications in Sales, Marketing, CRM, E-Commerce & Digital Marketing portfolio.

The IT Analyst is responsible for shaping and grooming small enhancement requests and prioritize the demand by closely work with functional and business partners.

Also, responsible for managing vendor resources to support, develop and implement technical solution using agile methodology.

In this role good understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management applications & frameworks and agile software development methods are expected.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with functional / business partners and refine the business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional specification and hand over to development resources
  • Review, triage and groom service requests by closely working with business stakeholders
  • Conduct prioritization meetings with various departments, scope the sprints and set service delivery expectations
  • Organize sprint ceremonies and lead daily stand up calls
  • Establish reviews and walkthroughs to validate requirements and analysis models, assuring that the end-product meets appropriate quality and industry standards
  • Co-ordinate with onshore and offshore support & development team to implement small enhancement requests.
  • Perform root cause analysis debugging problems with E-Commerce applications and provide technical direction to development team for permanent resolution.
  • Assist with the planning, testing, and deployment of system updates and upgrades collaborating with various business functions to coordinate outages as necessary.
  • Develop training, coach, and mentor users aimed at improving their overall efficiency and usage of the system
  • Document all aspects of the system such that knowledge is readily shared amongst all those tasked with supporting E-Commerce application.
  • Required Experience

    What will make you successful

  • 5+ experience in software development and support of CRM, Sales & Marketing applications
  • 3+ Experience with AEM - Adobe Experience Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Associate’s degree in Information Systems, or other related field.
  • Exposure to Hybris and Salesforce applications are preferred
  • Very good understanding of Agile software development and DevOps concepts
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence) , Trello and Slack
  • Ability to effectively work in a team where other team members may be located throughout the world
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong analytical / Problem Solving skills
  • Requires travel up to 10%.
