You will be in charge with :
Supervision of BASSE Procure to Pay staff and processes, ensuring procedures are adhered to.;
Coordinate and organize the team, to ensure daily, weekly and monthly activities are carried out in a timely and accurate manner and to promote a customer-
oriented culture and within the internal agreement in place;
Conduct frequent performance evaluation and review against performance objectives set, to manage team’s performance;
Involve in recruitment of new employees; taking care of the new starters, introducing them to the team and their tasks / role;

responsible for the onboarding process;
Escalation of urgent issues to the Accounts Payable Manager;
Ensure internal controls, software requirements and internal agreements are adhered to and provide support to audit process so that entity is able to manage the balance of risk and control effectively;
Make sure that task level descriptions or process manuals are up-to-date and complete;
Ensuring internal communication within the team, holding team meetings, keeping team up-to-date with changes that affect them, ensure the training process when requied, getting feed-

Work with team to propose and implement process improvements that will improve the overall efficiency of the AP Process and / or improve the control environment.
For this job you need to have :

Understand the platforms and analyze reports, identify issues and challenges within reports functionalities and data;
Clear and effective at all level of communication;

Be able to assess risks and be aware of these, if not able to complete target on time;
Proficiency in English and Russian;
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
