Summary / objective :

The Product Discovery Rep plays an exciting role within the Business Development team. They will be responsible for identifying ideal prospective clients for business growth and optimizing our outreach strategies.

This includes finding new products, as well as staying on top of the latest product trends and categories. expertise in the online marketing world, be self-motivated and ambitious.

This position will work closely with the Director of Brands and our Business Development team.

Essential functions :

Identifying new prospects that fit criteria

Pre-qualifying prospective clients through the rating system

Researching online websites, including but not limited to : online marketplaces, crowdfunding, blogs, and social media platforms

Excel at reaching lead generation metrics and benchmarks

Identify trending products and categories that fit product criteria

Manages new leads generated in CRM system

Physical demands :

Must be able to perform occupational tasks such as sitting at a desk for extended periods of time, as well as being on a computer.

Required education and experience :

Market research tools experience

Social media and online searching experience

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously

Preferred education and experience :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field

Marketing experience preferred
