We are looking for :
Insights & Innovation Coordinator,Temporary 18 months
What You Will Be Accountable For :
Assisting the Insights and Innovation Manager in the process of implementation of commercial innovations and leading the end to end activities for innovation projects with the objective to successfully launch new brands and products.
Organizing and coordination of all consumers, shoppers and customers marketing researches related to the brands and different sales channels;
Identifying key category trends and evaluating potential.
Organizing collected data analyses, data processing and providing reports for Brand and senior Managers in order to have correct and fast decision making process based on the available information.
Our growth-focused Insights & Innovation Coordinator will :
Be able to understand the commercial and marketing issues in the country through understanding of competitors, customers, marketing agencies research information
Rely on a conceptual thinking in a variety of complex situations, identifying key market trends, analyzing and finding solutions for market positioning improvement;
Take action before being asked to avoid project’s bottle necks;
Be consumer focused starting and ending everything with consumer in mind.
You will contribute to generating relevant consumer insights through leading the processes of :
Developing, recommending, operationally executing and subsequently controlling all activities concerning market research and analysis, from all available sources with the purpose of obtaining best possible information for drawing up marketing and company short-
term and long-term plans;
Organizing marketing researches in close cooperation with Insights and Innovation Manager / Brand Managers, as well as with, sales director, PPM;
analyzing all available information and processing them in order to get good guidelines for decision making process regarding methodology and agency choosing;
actively being involved in follow up activities after research results, providing valuable inputs for brand plans to Marketing Director / Brand Managers;
Gathering all analyses and necessary data from existing research within the process of drafting a three-year plan and annual brand plans;
Project management commercial innovations for corporate brands in the for the collection and evaluation of ideas for innovation;
being responsible for defining and implementation of annual brand innovation process; being responsible for preparation of projects for the development of products and packaging based on an analysis of market data in collaboration with procurement and production sector;
responsible for other tasks in the field of expertise, on request of the manager.
Coordinating cooperation not only with the local but with the international marketing agencies as well; recognizing key trends, following the best practices, and proposing the best solutions.
Continually contacting Brand Managers according to their daily activities related to the brands, innovation projects and researches.
If you have the following we want to hear from you!
University Degree - Marketing, Business or related;
Experience in a similar position or in corresponding activities of minimum 2 years - will be strong advantage;
Advance user in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power point;
Fluent in English both verbal & written;
Ability to work with figures and drawing meaningful conclusions;
