You will have extensive experience working in Marketo , including designing, developing, and managing Marketo integrations with Salesforce, websites, and other third-party applications.
You will also be responsible for data standardization and hygiene. In this role, you will work across sales and marketing functions to drive marketing impact, prove ROI and increase operational efficiency.
Build, test, optimize and execute incoming marketing campaign requests across all business verticals and segments, including email, nurture, digital, event and operational, etc.
Implement marketing automation paths based on campaign workflows and / or internal processes, that will facilitate the efficient / scalable execution of our day-to-day marketing campaigns;
ensure workflows and Salesforce campaigns are set up properly for effective attribution and reporting
Assist with the lead management process which includes capturing, qualifying and passing leads to sales teams for action
Assist with the management and maintenance of the marketing database in accordance with data protection laws, and in collaboration with global marketing teams
Set, interpret, and share campaign metrics with the team, translating the data into simplified Insights
Manage an email campaign calendar to prevent overlap of campaigns, monitor email frequency for each target audience, and set expectations for stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product
Process contact / company list uploads into our database while ensuring proper data quality and attribution
Build strong relationships with campaign managers, content marketing, and sales development. Maintain clear and coherent communication, both verbal and written, to understand campaign requests and share results with stakeholders
Strong experience in marketing operations or similar type role
Advanced Marketo proficiency required with experience in campaign execution, nurture programs, audience segmentation, tokens, lead scoring and more
Knowledge of database architecture, advanced Excel, data visualization.
Working knowledge of Salesforce lead / contact / campaign objects and as an integrated CRM platform
Knowledge about email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
