The Logistics Manager within Honeywell Building Technologies in Lugoj will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the activities of receipt of goods, storage of materials in the warehouse, release into production of raw materials, Inventory and inventory control.

The role requires to respect the health, safety and environment norms required by the Romanian legislation in force as well as the procedures in the field established by Honeywell.

  • You will be working in accordance with the Working Standard for Drivers (LSW), review the quarterly LSW and propose changes for approval to the direct boss, escalates problems in line with the escalation matrix in force;
  • trigger, lead and participates in Effective Problem Solving actions, in accordance with existing procedures.

    Key responsibilities :

  • Organizes and supervises the activity of receiving materials.
  • Organizes and supervises the material storage activity.
  • Organizes and supervises the stock control activity.
  • Ensures the supply of the Production sector with materials and materials.
  • Organizes and supervises the inventory activity of the warehouse stocks.
  • Checks and supervises the computer system for recording materials to ensure proper management.
  • Implements and maintains the FIFO (First In First Out) rule.
  • Monitors the performance of the basic KPI department (performance indicators).
  • Conducts daily level 3 meetings.
  • Participates in daily level 4 meetings.
  • Participates in the creation of the AOP plan.
  • YOU MUST HAVE

  • University degree
  • At least 2 years in a similar position
  • Advanced level SAP ERP system
  • Advanced English
  • Advanced knowledge of operating in MS Office Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Previous proven experience of people management
