Renewal & Conversion Specialist, Associate

PTC is in a major growth period and as such the Renewals Organization is undertaking many important changes to achieve the level of success they have always delivered.

As a result, the level of support needed has grown and the Renewal Specialist will play an important role in supporting the team.

The Renewal Specialist will partner with the Renewal Sales team to improve velocity, bridge gaps in process and strive to improve the overall experience for the sales team and PTC customers.

Your team :

The Renewal Specialists Team is a newly set up team, accountable for delivering consistent, high quality and efficient centralized services to the Renewal Sales Team at PTC.

Primary responsibilities include overseeing and providing guidance to the renewal sales specialists. Responsibilities include driving continuous improvement and efficiencies, aligned to the strategic goals of the Renewal Sales Team.

Engagement through cross-functional collaboration across PTC to improve service execution and processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team.

Day-To-Day :

  • Partner with Renewal Sales Reps to assist in complex quoting situations, customer product remixes, and requests.
  • Act as liaison between the Renewals organization and other business units to ensure completion of orders
  • Manage ticketing queue, address, and resolve issues in a timely manner and in accordance with SLAs
  • Project management opportunities, whether as project owner or contributor
  • Building the conversion offers, as requested by the end user and in accordance with the business process
  • Working closely with the internal ecosystem (Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, GBO) to get the adjustments and approvals needed at closing time
  • Proactively assist reps in opportunity management and data scrubbing activities.

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Is comfortable working in fast paced and sometimes stressful environments
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and can take initiative
  • Comfortable with speaking their mind and sharing opinions to improve business and processes
  • SFDC experience preferred
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Math or other relevant fields
  • 2 years work experience in similar roles.
