Accountable for the Life Cycle Management of CIAS solution, Cognitive and Automation suite supporting Vodafone NOC 1st Line Operations Digital Transformation.
To undertake the design, dimensioning, deployment, evolution, optimization and upgrade of these applications according to product roadmaps and customer (internal and external) requirements.
Define and implement proactive measures to guarantee the capacity and proper operation of the solutions.
Analysing and optimizing system performance together with the life cycle manager.
Coordination of bug fixing, ticket tracking and quality reporting of the test objects.
Engineering support (3rd level) for operational activities together with the system supplier.
Communicate with stakeholders in early stages of a request, to drive the alignment between user requirements and functional & non-functional requirements.
Address E2E users / network requirements and needs, improving current tools, looking for new solutions.
Design the overall CIAS Architecture in terms of design principles, functional blocks and interfaces.
Review design and testing documents and work with technology and testing teams to ensure business requirements are satisfied.
Prepare OSS architecture design for its evolution.
Elaborate planning for the systems according to network evolution, user requirements and OSS life cycle.
Define and implement proactive tasks for tools in scope to guarantee availability and high performance.
Knowledge of the OSS Solution Portfolio

Capable of delivering under challenging situations
Bachelor's Degree in either Computer Science / Telecommunications / Mathematics / Physics
Database and IT Application Development methodologies experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with integration or automation frameworks
ITIL, ETOM, PRINCE2, PMI, TOGAF
SOA Principles, Enterprise Service Bus, Business Process Management.
Systems and application administration, monitoring and troubleshooting
Analytics / Cognitive solutions knowledge.
