YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical and administrative leadership of a development team in the field of power electronics (DC / DC, charger, inverter) as well as high-voltage storage systems

Controlling and monitoring of the development scope with regard to content, budget, deadline and quality, as well as representation of all project topics vis-à-vis customers and suppliers

Coordination with the various interfaces in the project with regard to planning, ensuring results for the project milestones and problem management

Assumption of project management tasks as well as active cooperation in the area of coordination

Support in the preparation of quotations, support of existing customers and the professional development of the team and employees

Assume responsibility in resource planning, competence building and performance acceptance of the project

YOUR PROFILE

Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering or a comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience in the automotive development environment, ideally in the field of electric drives

Relevant experience in hardware / electronics development is an advantage

Independent working style, high level of initiative and very good analytical and coordination skills

Convincing communication skills in English and ideally German

Initial technical management experience is an advantage

Confident handling of common MS Office applications
