    As an IT Support Specialist, you are to develop working relationships with internal stakeholders, provide excellent IT customer service while ensuring our client's projects and organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishments are met.

    Your performance will also be measured on how well you :

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents by running diagnostics, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
  • Install / upgrade computer components and software and integrate automation processes to speed up resolutions times.
  • Manage the company account configuration, performing password resets on multiple platforms.
  • Use the Service Desk Incident management software to manage the expectations of the of the company employees.
  • Perform audits of system, vulnerabilities and oversee the security compliance level of mission-critical systems, ensuring they are properly parched in accordance with the defined patch management policy.
  • Assist in monitoring the cloud, server, and network using enterprise tools.
  • Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure standards builds are maintained, ensuring to document configuration settings, processes, and policies.
  • Perform and monitor regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
  • Manage the company's IT asset lifecycle and purchase new assets when required.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
  • Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role and in a fast-paced environment .
  • Good at problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365, Gsuite and Active Directory.
  • Windows 10 and MacOS experience.
  • Working knowledge of commonly used hardware, software, and remote endpoint management.
  • Basic network knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and a desire to learn.
  • Detail-oriented and well organized.
  • Effective written and oral fluency in English including presentation skills.
  • Dynamic, empathetic, and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner
