We’re looking for a KAM VAP South Romania to join our SEE Sales Team in Bucharest, RO .

As a KAM VAP South RO you’ll be responsible for the Sales of VAP channel.

You’ll be part of Romanian VAP Sales Team .

What you’ll do

  • You’ll develop, maintain and improve relations with large trade key accounts (e.g. installers, electrical wholesalers) by maximizing sales opportunities through innovative lighting solutions
  • You’ll demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers and identify commercial opportunities
  • You’ll drive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding the customers challenges and taking on a solution-based approach
  • You’ll create tailored smart lighting solutions that promote energy efficiency, safety and sustainability
  • You will ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Your qualifications

  • You’ve a Master’s and / or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Technology or related discipline
  • You’ve gained 5+ years of experience in a key account management role selling products / solutions in industries such as lighting, electrical power, electrical manufacturing, automation or HVAC
  • You’ve gained 3+ years of proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets as well as understanding complex sales cycles at strategic level
  • You demonstrate very good technical understanding of connected systems and a result-driven and proactive approach
  • You demonstrate fluent Romanian and English language skills (verbal and written)
