Together with senior marketing leaders, you develop paid marketing strategies (e.g. Paid Social, Google Ads, Display etc.
to ensure it reaches our target media KPI
You will be responsible for Marketing Mailing (in cooperation with graphic designer and content specialist)
You will be responsible for creating marketing promotion & expansion calendar aligned with sales & financial objectives, in close collaboration with the operation team & country managers across Europe
You will coordinate and and communications with all markets for the translations of all marketing materials such as printed matter, posts for social networks ppt. presentation
You take over operational responsibility for briefing the internal designers, placing the ads, manage and optimize them and monitoring on a routine basis
You will be managing the social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.)
You will have an eye on reports and performance data : Google Analytics, Meta Suit
You report on marketing performance and KPI’s (CPA, ROAS, CAC, CPO etc.) in a weekly basis
You are resposible for all the marketing projects that assign from the Region and the Group and communcaite them with all markets.
You must have Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or similar studies
You must have 2+ years of B2C performance marketing experience, ideally either in-house at a fast-growing B2C / DTC e-commerce start-up or agency (with e-commerce clients)
You should have proven experience managing Facebook, Google Ads across display, paid search and shopping. Hands-on, recent experience with Facebook Ads Manager
Data-driven analytical thinking to assess real numbers (website traffic, conversions, sales data, user flows, etc.) and deliver insights & draw actionable conclusions
You are data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize, analyze and interpret data (including KPI reports) and transfer it into actionable steps.
Hypothesis-driven work approach
You are process-driven and result-oriented, combined with a hands-on mindset and can-do attitude
You are comfortable in dealing with different topics simultaneously while keeping up quality of work
You enjoy working on challenging projects, growing with them, as well as celebrating their success
You must be based in Budapest and should be fluent in English and local language
