Supplier Performance Management Solution Implementation and Maintenance Senior Consultant
The primary role of the Senior Consultant Supplier Performance Management Solution Implementation and Maintenance will be to assist the Supplier Performance Management Solution Implementation and Maintenance Lead to develop and maintain the integrity of the solution and manage the on-boarding of Chain IQ’s clients to the service offering, supporting the ongoing application of the operating model and system solution to run the service offering for those clients.
You will be an ambassador and subject matter expert on the Supplier Performance Management solution across Chain IQ.
Your main responsibilities :
Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery Support and working closely with the Supplier Performance Management Solution Implementation and Maintenance Lead to support the ongoing development of the solution offering and act as an ambassador and subject matter expert for the service offering
As part of the Supplier Performance Management program team support the tailoring and documentation of the Framework, Operating model and related templates, surveys, scorecards
Help develop sales and training materials to ensure consistent understanding of the solution across Chain IQ
Support the maintenance of the technical solution working directly with the technical solution provider
Support the onboarding and maintenance of Chain IQ clients to the Supplier Performance Management service offering and solution
As the number of client’s adopting the solution grows, take responsibility for maintaining specific client programs together with the Chain IQ client engagement leader and Category Managers
Your profile :
Understanding of the front to back Sourcing and Vendor Management process and the role of Supplier Performance Management in that ecosystem
Insight into the infrastructure and technical solutions available to support Supplier Performance Management in the market
Insight into Supplier Performance and Supplier Management best practices, Key performance Indicators and Scorecards
Experience in establishing and managing Suppliers and / or a Supplier Performance Management program
Experience in being the day to day primary point contact for managing a technology provider
Proficient in English (German a benefit but not essential)
Proficient in standard Microsoft tools
Innovative and Resourceful - Draws from a large pool of diverse resources or information
Excellent communication and problem-solving / trouble-shooting skills
Ability to lead problem solving activities
Effective resource management and project management skills / capabilities
