Description

  • Defines IE Training group objectives (BSC and KPI), as well as individual objectives of employees in subordination;
  • Tracks KPI using quality tools (QOS method);
  • Plans and tracks the status of the activities that need to be executed by members of the IE Training group, according to job descriptions as well as other established actions;
  • Analyzes and ensures resources / knowledge necessary within the department to realize the department objectives;
  • Creates and updates working procedures for IE Training group and ensures that they are followed;
  • Implements requirements imposed by the Continental standard concerning subjects about training qualification of the operators at work;
  • Ensures the efficiency and accomplishment of IE Training group planned objectives;
  • Ensures the instruction content is being adapted to an up to date situation of the activity on the job;
  • To increase quality, safety and efficiency of operators, identifies, proposes and implements along with area and department managers training activities for variable employees from Production, PO and QM departments;
  • Offers support to production in improving safety, quality and efficiency levels of operators;
  • Improves training programs and career development for Continental variable employees;
  • Tracks with the team the status of group basic activities : creates and updates training manuals, respects the training plan for variable employees, respects reevaluations plan, covers positions with qualified personnel;
  • Is a part of the commission that evaluates the qualifications of variable employees;
  • Collects proposals for salary modification for variable employees; checks the status of operator's documents and the availability regarding the personnel plan and transmits the proposals for approval;
  • Conducts and / or supports defined projects;
  • Qualifications

  • Technical University degree
  • Product and Tire process experience represents a plus
  • Project Management knowledge
  • Previous experience in leading projects and teams
  • People management skills (delegation, priority setting, planning & time management, briefing people & giving feedback)
  • Knowledge of Problem Solving techniques
  • Awareness about Lean management
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Finance and controlling understanding is a plus
  • Advanced English
  • Knowledge of standard manufacturing KPIs
  • Planning & Organizing
  • Very good communication skills
  • Innovation skills
