Our partner is seeking a Level 3 Support Engineer which will be responsible for maintain a 24 / 7 on-premises systems on customer sites.

The day to day activities includes diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems as part of our partner solutions and products.

The role will emphasize on legacy products together with our new product platform including open source technologies with micro services environment.

The position will require a high degree of coordination with the customers world-wide and the company’s engineering, services, laboratory, R&D operations and business teams.

The role includes travel to customer sites.

  • Working knowledge of cyber processes, implementation and system operations

  • Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in R&D / technical support / professional services or similar
  • Ability to understand and analyze complicated, multidisciplinary and distributed systems
  • Excellent English language skills - spoken and written are must
  • Experience with operating systems : Linux and Windows are must
  • Experience with NetApp, VMware are must
  • Knowledge and experience in problem solving with Kibana, Prometheus and Grafana are must
  • Knowledge and experience in problem solving with Micro services environment - Docker and Kubernetes are must
  • Experience with SQL databases - Advantage
  • Experience with BigData,Kafka, Elasticsearch, Flink -Advantage
  • Knowledge and understanding of CD / CI processes - Advantage
  • Knowledge of scripting like : Ansible, bash, python - Advantage
  • Knowledge in telephony protocols (SIP, H323, SS7, GSM) - Advantage
  • Cloud experience - Advantage
  • Working over on-prem environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering Advantage
