Job purpose :
This role provides a supporting customer interface via inside sales responsible for the development of new business for Honeywell Install Base
The role disseminates key messages, initiatives, and information on the value Honeywell brings to assigned customers, opportunities, and solutions.
The objective of the holder of this position is to provide additional customer coverage (supplementing field sales) and act as customer focal point for campaign generated sales leads;
Drive a sales team to achieve maximum profitable growth in line with Honeywell’s vision and strategic objectives.
Establish and own the territorial plans and sales strategies aimed at serving and expanding the customer base.
Main activities :
Work with Honeywell Product System Sales, to develop sales initiatives and promotions aimed at installed base customers and deploy sales initiatives activities within the team in Bucharest
Inside Sales specific targets - Deliver per annual sales plans for up-selling periodic contracts, additional software and services
Establish sales engagement process with installed base customers (telephone, email and via the web)
Prioritize leads that are developed as opportunities in SalesForce
Tracking and reporting on the sales opportunity pipeline in Siebel
Forecast Discipline - Helping to forecasting sales revenues monthly.
Leading Proposal Process - Organizing and leading internal RFQ / proposal review and pricing / bid strategy meetings for all inside sales led campaigns
Business Development / Working with Account Managers and Sales Specialists - Nurturing of marketing and driving demand generation / qualified sales leads;
Upsell software based renewals, upgrades, engineering services and software.
Professional skills and knowledge :
Educated to a minimum of University Degree level or equivalent (preferred in Electrical, industrial, automation engineer or computer science)
Postgraduate Business Qualification is a plus
Technical Sales background or Technical telephone support background
Some exposure to customers requiring services for technology / automation install base is a plus
Working in an international organization across multiple cultures, time zones is a plus
Strong Communication skills especially over Skype / Phone
Clearly articulate value and demonstrate how solutions map to a customer needs
Compelling presentation and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Execute effective negotiation strategies and plans
