Position summary

We are looking for a Global Mktg Finance Ops Specialist who will be

responsible for assisting a group of internal marketing spenders based in the APAC region.

The key objectives of the position are to :

  • Deliver consistent and outstanding marketing budget support across APAC
  • Ensure that Marketing meets financial deadlines and adheres to the company’s policies
  • Enable spenders to focus more on their job and less on finance related tasks
  • Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders such as Procurement, Finance, AP and Legal to drive process improvements
  • Review and analyze financial trend and outlook reports
  • Review the spending requests and create PRs on behalf of Marketing
  • Main point of contact for APAC marketing budget transfers
  • Track status of PRs, contracts and invoices to eliminate delays
  • PO maintenance including accrual & prepayments
  • Work with vendors to obtain invoices
  • Ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Budgeting or Financial Management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a high volume of requests and providing related administrative support within a large marketing organization
  • Marketing / Marketing Operations experience
  • Can self-manage time to keep pace with workload
  • Outstanding organization & interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with fundamental accounting principles
  • Very good at relationship building, oral and written communication skills
  • Motivated, execution-oriented, high performance individual with strong process focus
  • Proficient in Excel and database tools
