Location : Sibiu, Romania

The Role and Accountabilities

As a part of the HR initiative, HR Contact Centre was rolled out with the intent to act as a single point of contact for all HR related queries / issues / requests and provide a standard service, equal quality and consistent employee experience across Colt.

Provides operational support to HR teams and employees across all Colt countries.

Respond to first line employee and manager queries on HR processes (e.g. relating to absence, performance management and other life cycle events).

  • As part of HR Contact Centre, answer queries (received on email, via phone and online) relating to Colt’s HR Processes
  • Resolve various HR system queries and track them until resolution
  • Support necessary changes to existing processes in order to meet the requirements as part of a continuous improvement cycle
  • Support HR processes and related queries across employee life cycle
  • Maintain quality standards for all the relevant work and meets process / service SLA’s
  • Require minimal supervision for the processes owned
  • What you’ll need to succeed :

  • Customer support experience in a global organization (preferably in HR)
  • Dealing with multiple, worldwide stakeholder
  • Understanding of HR field, processes
  • Desired) Exposure to and experience of working on HR Systems like Success Factors

    Qualifications

  • Graduate in business related studies (preferable although other fields will be considered)
  • Team player
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent oral communication & interpersonal skills
  • MS Office (Excel - advanced, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in either German, Spanish, Italian or French. The interview will be in both languages
