Oracle Marketing EMEA& JAPAC are looking for an experienced Business Operations Director tosupport the continued transformation of marketing across International Regions.
The BusinessOperations Director will support the Senior Vice President of Marketing in measuringand understand operational effectiveness, through the analysis of businessperformance and development of insights and recommendations.
oWithteams across marketing, business operations, sales, finance, legal/compliance,HR and other lines of business
·Business performance analysis:
oSupportthe development and maintenance of Business Insights into key areas of thebusiness and specifically marketing’s operations / contributions
oOwnershipof a suite of CMO Dashboards and support for ad hoc analysis needs – e.g. newareas of the business or deeper analysis where required by the SVP of Marketing
·Root Cause Analysis& Insight Delivery:
oBased on thorough analysis, provide clear insights into rootcauses or inhibitors to growth / improvement in current business performance
oBe ableto collate and organise complex information and present complex concepts orsituations concisely and clearly
oDevelop recommendations and options for the SVP of Marketing forfurther Business Performance Improvement
oThe position will be supported through an established Reporting& Analytics Team within Marketing Operations.
oThe Reporting & Analytics Team will develop any necessaryreporting and dashboards, under the direction of this role
·An undergraduatedegree in marketing/business (or equivalent) is required and an advanced degreeis strongly preferred.
·This position requiresa 10+ years of business experience with an emphasis on Business Analysis,Marketing and Sales Operations.
·The ideal candidatewould also have experience working in an international, matrix-based andcollaborative organisation setting.
·Must have experiencein setting up effective metrics and business processes.
·Strategic Thinking:focuses the organisation on efforts that align with the company's strategicdirection.
·Solid Understanding ofboth the creative and scientific elements of marketing within the IT industry.
·Experience inmarketing automation, CRM, forecasting / pipeline management, modern analyticpractices and Cloud businesses are a definite plus
