As a Product Manager for Payments you will work with product engineering teams to build the right product by creating and maintaining the strategy of your product line - that is balancing company’s business needs with solving actual customer problems.
You will :
Own the product’s experience and feature set and acting as the product evangelist to build awareness within the organization;
Define business outcomes driven strategy of payments related products;
Work closely with customers, prospects and partners to refine our market knowledge and product market fit;
Build and nurture a strong and collaborative relationship both internally as well as externally;
Define key outcomes-based business metrics and report on the progress;
Define and manage product strategies, roadmaps, project plans and product specifications;
Work closely with our engineering team on both new features and architectural improvements;
Ensure continuous and consistent communication on the strategy and the roadmap of your product line;
Create and maintain sales and marketing enablement material, related to your product line;
Create sufficiently-detailed product requirements to be used in written specifications, business rules, flows and use cases as well as supporting calculations and examples;
Actively communicate with the rest of the organisation and with clients;
Become an internal expert on Payments products in the market : both from our competitors as well as partners.
You need to have :
Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on Product Management;
Experience of working in Product-led SaaS company / start-up environment;
Experience in building and releasing products from scratch;
Excellent written and verbal technical and personal communication skills in English;
Good understanding of software engineering practices;
Good understanding of business accounting and finance, including SaaS specific KPIs is an advantage;
Excellent analytical skills and with numbers, excel calculations, a passion for math, algorithms and detailed-oriented analysis;
Planning, product discovery and development;
Strong skills in collaboration, in particular stakeholder management as well as internal and external product evangelism;
Experience in Payments / Banking, working in finance, banking or accounting;
Proven hands on experience in implementing at least one payment schema of the following - SEPA, SWIFT, ACH or any other bank to bank payments;
Practical knowledge of agile methodology, eg. Kanban / Scrumban framework;
Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including product strategy development, requirements definition, design, engineering, QA and launch;
A consultative mindset of listening, understanding and anticipating customer and partner needs to find simple solutions out of complex use cases;
Solid project and time management skills.

Proven expertise in Daily Banking (Current Account / Savings Account, Payments, Cards);
Passion and interest for banking, fintech or financial inclusion;
Experience working in digital-only financial institution (i.e. neo-bank, lender) is an important advantage;
Hands-on experience in computer programming.
