In this position you will be responsible for successfully managing and executing different tasks related to corporate communication projects within Allianz Services global corporate Communication team
Responsibilities
Manages communications activities around key strategic areas of the business to present and maintain a positive image internally
Contributes to the customer communication strategy and implements communication strategies with regards to content, tools, channels, timelines, etc.
Develops and distributes templates and materials on various communication channels
Ensures appropriate communication for designated projects and activities in line with the overarching corporate communications strategy
Preparing, compiling and creating content for customer communication, i.e. composing, editing, and producing communications materials for internal target groups including, but not limited to presentations, scripts, intranet articles, newsletters, e-mails etc.
in regular interaction with the global communications team as well as the business owners
Manages and constantly improves communications processes to ensure smooth running and every more effective results
Coordinates and project manages internal events such as those for customers, on purpose and strategy, etc
Maintains a database of customer quotes and testimonials
Intranet Management :
Manages the governance of the internal platform across all areas of Allianz Services
Ensures all spaces are in line with Allianz Services Connect guide and brand guidelines
Creates, manages and promotes communities on Allianz Services Connect
Applies analytics, establish KPIs and contribute to community growth
Updates, monitors and steers the editorial planner across the AZ Services communications team
Act as SPOC for Allianz Services communicators in regards to Allianz Connect and Notify all the major technical issues of the internal platform to the assigned teams
Ensures the implementation of GDPR (e.g. collects consents needed for any article that contain pictures / videos / recordings of employees)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Communications, Journalism, or related field
Fluent English written and spoken;
Strong Knowledge of MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel
Knowledge of communication platforms and channels ; familiarity with Jive (ideal) or content management systems;
Relevant work experience in e.g. communications, social media, PR, event management etc
Interest in or first experience in community management
