What will your day consist of?
You will support an entire sales organization on sales compensation related topics
You will help drive the planning coordination and execution
You will interact with the sales leadership on plan effectiveness
You will listen carefully to the customer challenges and identify solutions on how to drive superior behavior & motivation
You will facilitate challenging solutions by involving other HP teams in working with the customer
You will lead and / or participate in business transformation projects across geographies
You will play a key role influencing our regional strategy, making your customer heard
You will be the key interface with Worker Councils on sales compensation matters
Who are we looking for?
A strong collaborator with excellent and English : excellent customer skills and incredible focus on trust and credibility to influence actionability to build relationship across teams and culturesa unique voice and a talent to challenge status quo processes
An independent result-oriented professional withDrive & a creative power to meet continuous challenges of the roleProven problem-solving skills
An excellent consultant withFoundational understanding of the business models and Go-To-Market strategiesProven analytical skills coupled with willingness to continuously learn Solid computer literacy, curious to work with various technical tools to gain efficienciesTypically 2-4 years of experience, preferably in Sales Finance or Sales Operations
