About the Role
The successful candidate will perform the HR Back Office Admin activities, closely working with HR peers globally, for EMEA region and will be based in HRS Center in Bucharest.
The HR Back Office Administrator, under general supervision, performs a variety of complex activities in the preparation, processing, maintenance, verification and reconciliation of employee data, employee file management and other HR Administrative activities.
You will lead the delivery of human resources processes including internal transfers, promotions, terminations (Oracle HCM) and administrative tracking.
Other activities are related but not limited to general HR Admin activity, provide support for the Contingent Workers Management via Service Now requests and work on project-based activities considering country specific aspects.
You will provide human resource services delivering positive results to the human resources function, employees and managers.
