Job Description

  • „Being responsible for conducting the transition of all reporting activities of CI (Service Area Global Information Systems & Services) according to defined standard approach, on-time and in-quality;
  • „Integrating the lessons learned from other transitions;
  • „Supporting the team members for documentation of transferred activities, review of work instructions made by associates and propose other procedures or instructions when necessary;
  • „Organizing and leading regular meetings with department colleagues in order to prepare transitions and present the status to the division management and local management;
  • „Monitoring feedback from department for various situations and implements measures to improve;
  • „Being responsible to lead and assure continuous process improvements after transition, including re-design of processes;
  • „Being in charge for consolidation, harmonization, standardization and        automation of the  taking over processes;
  • „Maintaining contact between the department and associates during transition phase;
  • „Preparing and executing processing of controlling data (Actual, Forecasts, Budget);
  • „Updating and providing standard reports to the Controlling community;
  • „Controlling of Investments, Headcount and Internal/External Charging,     Productivity;
  • „Ensuring good communication and collaboration with customer organization;
  • „Reviewing and approval of investment assessment and purchase orders;
  • „Performing different ad-hoc tasks required by controlling department and management.


  • „Bachelor's degree – Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling,  Economics;
  • „3 years of working experience in controlling and finance area;
  • „Proficient computer skills - SAP Module FI/CO; MS Office, especially Excel; Power BI; basic knowledge of the database management systems SAP Business Warehouse, Oracle Hyperion Essbase Enterprise Planning and MS SQL Server;
  • „Fluent in English (spoken and written);
  • „Structured, accurate and analytical way of working;
  • „Team player with the ability to work in a flexible way, resilient;
  • „Reliable and efficient concerning due dates;
  • „High problem solving ability, analytical thinking and organizational skills;
  • „Strong and self-confident personality;
  • „High customer and service orientation;
  • „Good communication skills;
  • „Willingness to travel and to work in an intercultural environment.
