What does a Mobilization Expert do?

The Mobilization Expert is responsible for large, complex programs across multiple work streams, which may include transition of work to other geographies, and be accountable for the success, effectiveness, on-time delivery, and business outcomes of the program.

They will define and implement processes, organization and operating infrastructures required to set up and begin operations of a new outsourcing engagement or assist in the transition of services from one operating entity to another.

Responsibilities

Lead & manage overall Mobilization Teams across EMEA region

Support Mobilization Leads and Outsourcing Solution Architects on Deal Shape teams by creating requests for proposal response materials

Support Transition Program Manager in the estimation of costs and developing work plans for a work stream

Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities

Apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternatives

Lead a workstream or a defined portion of a Service Transition program and / or plays a key delivery role within a program

Define, build, and implement workable components to Service Transition programs by leveraging existing standard solution components as much as possible

Adhere to and implement Mobilization methods and tools

Define detailed costs and benefits of a given solution / workstream of a Service Transition program

Manage internal / external client relationship within their area of responsibility

Lead detailed designs and build of at least one workstream component or sub-component working within the guides of the overall Solution Blueprint

Provide peer review to other service transition activities

Contribute to Mobilization capabilities and the Knowledge Exchange

Qualifications

What we expect from you?

Flexible working schedule depending on daily operational activities; availability to cover non-standard working hours required

Advanced English

Minimum Bachelor’s degree

Nice to have Advanced French language
