The Project Coordinator provides administrative support to Project and Program Managers in delivering PTC Customer Success projects across different segments and solutions.
The Project Coordinator also coordinates the transactional business and other small projects that do not require the engagement of a Project Manager.
The Project Coordinator is a trusted go-to person for various departments such as Finance, Resource Management, Consulting Delivery, etc.
Your Team :
Part of a team of 10 people working on PTC Customer Success projects delivered world-wide, the Project Coordinator will support the Central European region (mainly Germany).
Supporting PM in administrative management such as resource planning, delivery management, revenue recognition and forecasting, expense management and invoicing
Supporting the PM in updating PTC’s project management systems such as PSA, Pulse, and Oracle
Managing smaller projects without reliance on the PM, ensuring delivery on scope, on cost and on schedule and ultimately achieving customer satisfaction
Preferred Skills and Knowledge :
Very good English skills (both verbal and written); German is a plus
Good organizational management skills and well-developed interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple parallel engagements and dealing with ambiguity
Ability to work in a team environment, but also be self-directed, proactive, and action-oriented.
Very good customer service skills and a drive for results
