Tech savviness Relationship Trustfulness Love for tech allies
The role’s responsibility is to manage relationships with assigned product technology partners, universities and technology subcontractors as identified through the CTO Office strategy.
Assigned to existing technology partners the Technology Partnership Office Lead is responsible for understanding the partnerships requirements with regards to technology competences, certifications, criteria required to meet desired partnership level.
The Technology Partnership Office Lead will work very close with dedicated Technology Competences Areas and Business Lines to build up technology competences and certification in order to meet the targeted partnership level and growth plans.
Technology Partnership Office Lead will continuously monitor all the partnerships, making sure the partnership criteria is met in accordance with the assigned partnership level or to close partnerships with the product technology partners from which the company does not generate business value anymore.
S)he will define the criteria to onboard a new product technology partner or a new subcontractor or collaborator. (S)he will also keep close and friendly collaboration with these partners, relationship measured through regular NPS.
The Technology Partnership Office Lead will manage the Pre-sales process, Legal Process, Client management process, Service delivery process, Recruitment process, Performance management process.
The role is appointed by and reports directly to the CTO.
To define criteria to on-board new technology partner
To define criteria to on-board new technology subcontractor / collaborator partner
To define with technical and computer science universities from the cities where we operate with development centers the partnership model (e.
g. supporting with curricula modelling and trainings for the technologies that are strategic for the Group, working on innovation projects aligned with Innovation Office, promoting Accesa at the Universities)
To establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts and universities
To proactively and constantly asses the partnerships and validate them against the CTO Office Strategy, partnership level compliance, growth plans and competences development needs
To align with HSDs / SDMs against the growth plans and partnership level targeted
To assess together with Technology Competences areas the competences quality of personnel of the technology subcontractor
To monitor the product technology partner’s products roadmap and communicate it to respective technology competence area
To continuously monitor and increase the subcontracting partners that should allow the company to quickly scale while meeting the profitability targets

To define and consolidate repository with Technology Partnerships information
To understand learning, certification and sales processes of Accesa for each partner
To understand the processes used by Accesa teams using the technology of the partners
To understand the commercial processes, finance process
To create win-win opportunities for Accesa and partners
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in vendor management is a plus
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand and evaluate legal contracts
