Responsibilities

  • receive and clarify the requirement from the hiring manager
  • conduct the recruitment process end to end : post job adds, schedule and conduct first interviews, draft the candidate's profile and take part in final interviews
  • collaborate with our team in the hiring procedures
  • play an active role in the onboarding process of the new colleagues
  • You will use dedicated software applications to help you manage your projects and recruitment processes successfuly.

    Requirements

  • you have a bachelor's degree
  • you have at least 1 year experience in recruitment
  • you are ambitious, have a professional and nice attitude and pay attention to details
  • you have good skills of MS Office and can communicate easily in English
  • And most of all you are like us : friendly, motivated and a team player!
