We are looking for a motivated and proactive Office Assistant to join our growing Operations team in Cernavoda .
The ideal candidate will be energetic with strong attention to detail and looking to play a fundamental part in the business.
Liaise directly with our recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring and on-boarding process for all candidates.
Arranging interviews, liaising with recruiters and candidates; preparing interview schedules, and organizing all supporting paperwork and documentation.
Ensures timely execution and administration of the pre-employment processes between the candidate and the Company together with our Admin colleagues;
Providing a customer-focused service to all applicants by responding promptly to queries and act as the first point of contact for phone queries.
Organization of venues, events, and meetings support
Additional duties in line with business requirements
Qualification & Experience
Minimum 2 years of demonstrable office administration and / or customer service work experience
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office, especially word and excel
