Job responsibilities

Support the account and its projects in terms of reporting, invoice details and administrative tasks.

Main activities include :

Governance at the Client Account level across Projects.

Ensuring that existing processes are followed & refined :

  • Invoicing
  • Financial forecasting
  • SOWs review
  • Opportunities and executed contract traceability
  • Reporting
  • Budget tracking
  • Owning the SharePoint portal
  • Ad Hoc- Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Qualifications and Experience

    Mandatory skills :

  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Attention to detail
  • Process oriented
  • Analytical skills
  • Working under tight deadlines and stressful environment
  • Proactive attitude
  • Very good customer focus
  • Strong understanding of financial terminology (price, cost, revenue, profit, etc)
  • Desirable skills :

  • Tools : SharePoint
  • Accounting experience
  • Performance / Compliance management to enable data analysis and reporting of statistics
  • Continuous Improvement
