Middle Office Testing Manager will be responsible for managing cross-functional test phases and testing groups to develop and execute Securities Services Operations test strategies, related to system releases and upgrades, client change, client on-boarding and internal projects.

All testing will be performed utilizing the "Software Development Life Cycle" (SDLC) that requires a good understanding of process and control.

Responsibilities :

  • Planning, designing, developing and executing testing of end-to-end applications and solutions, including plans and strategies across Middle Office projects
  • Client facing : participation in client discussions and engaging appropriate Operations SME to facilitate solutions & testing with client;
  • managing client testing end to end including appropriate reports

  • Leading development of business process flows and end to end testing scenarios, cases and scripts for front-end and back-end applications, including facilitation of requirements for testing automation
  • Defining end-to-end test environment plans to support test coverage designs and working with Technology to secure environments for the testing lifecycle
  • Managing traceability and test reporting from requirements to coverage, test execution and defect management
  • Resolving variable and complex issues within testing lifecycle and facilitates cross-functional defect management
  • Requirements :

  • Preferably 5 years' experience within a testing environment, preferably in test planning / execution, coordination or management role
  • Preferred : Middle Office / Funds Industry experience, and as a minimum financial services experience required
  • In-depth understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle processes
  • Fluent English
