About The Role

We’re searching for a talented B2B Content Marketing to be a part of our Global Marketing department. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with a content creation / copywriting background.

You should be able to develop engaging content to bring to life PayU’s mission, vision, products, features and capabilities to attract and retain PayU customers.

If you are passionate about creating added-value content, develop content initiatives with high impact that drive brand awareness, learning in a diverse and inclusive environment, have excellent project management and communication skills, while you are proactive in being involved in global marketing initiatives, then let’s have a talk.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Create scalable strategies and tactics for content marketing across multiple channels
  • Serve as lead writer / editor for all content marketing projects such as sales & marketing decks, website, case studies, e-books, blog posts, videos, social media posts, webinars, etc.
  • and ensure brand guidelines are met

  • Create and maintain the editorial calendar of the global marketing initiatives
  • Establish a strong understanding of the interests and behaviors of our B2B customer segments to build a foundation of user insights to produce actionable recommendations for growing engagement within each segment
  • Leverage analytics tools to measure impact of content efforts and diagnose opportunities for optimization (SEO, Google Analytics, HubSpot etc.)
  • Manage our owned channels (Emails, Blog, Website, Social media etc.). by driving content creation deliverables for them
  • Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content and creative for marketing projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal teams (e.g. Product, Sales, PR, Internal Communication etc.) to maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing initiatives and deliver compelling B2B customer journeys
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute content marketing initiatives
  • What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing; proven work experience in content marketing is a plus
  • Outstanding written communication and storytelling skills : an excellent marketing writer, someone who understands how to frame a message in a clear, concise, and compelling way
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, SimilarWeb, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.
  • g. Salesforce) etc., demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and to execute against findings

  • Prior experience in tech / fintech organizations it’s a plus
  • Fluent in English
