We are currently looking for an outstanding individual to join our Finance department as :
Project Controlling Analyst Main accountabilities :
Prepare, analyze and monitor capital expenditures proposals, budgets, and projects as well as ensure proper authorization which enables the best investment prioritization, so that Operations community and management information needs are satisfied and statutory legislation, US GAAP principles and internal procedures are strictly followed.
Prepare accurate, realistic and timely Capital Expenditure proposals that effectively present the core issues and project viability together with all strategically, Tax, legal and operational / technical aspects, so that Operations community and Management are provided with relevant information and they can make informed business decisions.
Follow-up with local management and PMI Operations Finance in order to obtain the necessary approvals for all Capital Expenditure requests initiated in accordance with in force policies and procedures.
Keep appropriate filing system / documentation off all approved CAPEX projects.
Prepare, analyze and submit original CAPEX budget and depreciation forecast budget together with the requested schedules and variance analyses, in accordance with PMI Budgeting system, instructions and deadlines.
Assess budgets vs.targets received, present and obtain management agreement prior to budget submission.Review / update the CAPEX budget as many times as requested.
Update P1 system with CAPEX related info, accurately maintain projects spending in the CAPEX control system, and analyze spending variances against the approved project scope.
Prepare and provide reliable forecast of CAPEX payments in order to support the cash-flow and balance sheet forecast preparation.
Perform and document monthly reconciliation of Capital Expenditures, construction in progress, and project cost centers.
Document and follow-up on discrepancies and perform necessary adjustments.
Prepare and distribute timely and accurate regular and ad-hoc status reports on Capital Expenditures to local Operations community, to Management and to PMI regional Operations Finance together with relevant comments and explanations.
Consolidate input and discuss monthly Capex Rolling Forecast with relevant project responsible.Prepare and analyze Rolling Forecast depreciation expenses, in line with latest Capex plan.

Prepare statutory adjustments Minimum requirements :
University degree in Finance, Economy or Business Engineering.ACCA / CIMA would be considered a plus
Relevant previous experience or exposure to project management activities.
2 years professional experience in accounting / audit / planning & analysis / reporting.
Good understanding of the finance processes, at theoretical and practical level.
Good MS Office and SAP knowledge.
Fluency in English and local language.
