Managing professionally, efficiently and timely the extended O2C process (annual contracting, order taking and processing, delivery to customers, return management, distributors complaint handling, cooperation in AR management), supporting the achievement of sales targets delivering outstanding customer experience and operational excellence with cost effective operation, controlled stock management, following the global / local processes in O2C in a compliant way and in alignment with the local requirements.
Order and Delivery Management
Manage the entire flow of documents and information regarding export of goods to Republic of Moldova.
Manage orders of the assigned sales areas and place orders in SAP and coordinate the delivery operations with the warehouse keepers and freight forwarders.
Manage the information flow with reference to the expected availabilities / problems / derogations and inform customers correct and in time.
Maintain prices in the SAP system for individual orders and via Master data management.
Maintain effective regular relationship, communication with customers (distributors), other external partners, like warehouses, service providers, as well as internal stakeholders (Sales Head, ASM, Fin Lead, Demand Planners, Supply Manager etc).
Contribute to the implementation of the order automation tool (Distributor Portal, etc).
Provide pro-actively support to the sales team for all logistic affairs like monitoring information, assortment / product rationalization, inventory data.
Ensure efficient inventory management process regularly monitoring channel stock, Syngenta inventory optimization by locations, in order to support sales maximization, reduce lost opportunities and stock expiry.
Manage stock return process from the customers, documentation, billing according to the commercial policy and agreement in accordance with the internal and external guidelines.
Manage FOC goods process (marketing demo, trial, commercial FOC etc.).
Provide all documents required e.g. invoices, Letters of Credits, Contracts (buyer / seller).
Generate the sales and return invoices and prepare them to be send to the customers.
Ensure timely reporting and processing of the customer complaints in the relevant tools according rules.
Continuously learn and work on individual development, and look for improvement of the way of working, efficiency, contribute to implementation of new technologies in the daily activities of Customer Service (Distributor portal, closed loop process).
Applies the Syngenta SOX standards in her / his daily activities.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES
Relevant working experience in departments like customer service / sales for 1 to 3 years.
Preferably in the Seed Business / Crop Protection business.
Relevant experience with ERP3 systems / SAP and Microsoft office.
Relevant knowledge of Planning Cycles, Sales Cycles, Production, Processes.
Experience to build relationship with customers, suppliers, service providers.
Effective organizational skills and time management.
Fluency in English language (verbal as well as in writing).
Focus on continuous improvement.
Attention to details with strong analytical skills.
Ability to communicate efficiently with external / internal partners, manage / resolve conflicts.
Ability to collaborate with many people simultaneously.
