Now we are looking for a Resource Manager in our Poland office.
Job Responsibilities :
Managing the process of professional development and career growth of employees (planning, setting goals, one-on-one sessions, etc.);
Collecting and analyzing feedback on the results of employees' work;
Participation in making important personnel decisions : hiring, probation, revision of qualifications and salary, dismissals.
Participation in recruiting process and allocation management
Recruitment planning and preparation of an application with requirements for recruiting positions;
2 years of experience in People Management (in any sphere) : HR management and recruiting, career and performance reviews, collecting and analyzing feedback.
Strong communication skills (negotiations, managing conflicts etc.)
Fluent Russian and Polish
You have to be in Poland or ready to relocate asap (and already have all necessary permissions)
Will be a plus, but not necessary :
Basics of software development life cycle
Experience in allocation management
Work at home, in the office, or hybridlike. Our office is located at Al. Pokoju, 1 in Krakow.
