Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Plan and coordinate the new release building, distribution, and implementation across the Towers. Manage enterprise release calendar and ensure release are slotted as per priority and urgency.
  • Ensure Release process compliance across towers

  • Plan and coordinate the new release building, distribution, and implementation
  • Review Forward Schedule of Changes to identify RFCs that goes as input for preparation of Release Schedule
  • Create Release Schedule, Release Deployment Plan in coordination with Release Team and collect Testing Plans, Back Out Plan from respective teams
  • Create and Update Release Plans as and when required.
  • Ensure that the build and test environments are always consistent with the CMDB
  • Measure and analyze KPIs for effective Release Management
  • Provide management information and Release Management process reports
  • Forms a release team to manage the many required activities (selects team members and assigns team roles and responsibilities).
  • Facilitates team communication to ensure that releases are implemented according to schedule.
  • Skills / Competencies

  • Strong ITSM experience with large Clients
  • Able to drive the quality and innovation initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills
  • ITIL Certified
  • Preferred

  • ServiceNow Awareness
  • Educational Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or master’s degree level or equivalent
