In a Squad, the members (from5 to 9) all sit together to design, develop, test, and release to production avaluable software.
In the Squad, the Product Owner priorities the work.
The Tribe is a collection ofSquads (limited to 100 people) that work in related areas.
The Chapter is a transversalregroupment by similar skills or general competency area. The Chapter Lead isresponsible for developing people and setting salaries but remain part of Squadand does day to day work.
The Community of Expertise isa group of people that want to share knowledge, tools, code, and practices.
is a member of a Squad - itself in a Tribe - , and Chapter.Depending on the need and profile, he / she can also be part of a Community ofExpertise.
She / He will collaborate of thedefinition; implementation, evolution and governance of the infrastructurearchitectures that allow Model Bank towards a Company more agile, sustainableand being a step ahead of current and future needs and challenges following INGgroup standards and policies.
In parallel he / she will beresponsible facilitating the on boarding of the different units in Model Bank,cleaning the possible obstacles that from an infra stand point could preventthem to start using Model Bank s services.
