The Challenge

Adobe's EMEA Talent Operations & Employee Resource Center (ERC) Organization is responsible for defining and driving a consistent candidate experience.

The individual in this role will partner with a team of Talent Partners, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers by ensuring an exceptional experience for internal partners and new hires throughout the interviewing and hiring process.

They will be the initial point of contact for all employees across Europe, Middle East, and Africa region (EMEA) with any queries relating to their employee experience.

What you'll do

  • Candidate Management, Client Management, and Talent Operations and ERC projects.
  • Support multiple Talent Partners to lead the candidate flow through interviews, offer, and hiring.
  • Drive offer process and collection of new hire information to ensure data accuracy for a smooth new hire integration process.
  • Find opportunities to streamline or improve processes and procedures, as well as offer viable solutions.
  • Partner with the regional Employee Experience teams to identify problem areas and drive process improvements.
